Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.
How to track your order
- Check your email – Look for a shipping confirmation email from us. It will include your tracking number and a clickable tracking link.
- Click the tracking link – The link in your email takes you directly to the carrier's tracking page where you can see the latest status of your delivery.
- Use your Order Status page – You can also visit your order confirmation email and click View your order to see the current status at any time.
Haven't received a tracking email?
Tracking emails are sent once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier. If it has been more than 2 business days since you placed your order and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Please have your order number ready when reaching out — you can find it in your original order confirmation email.
