Bombay Golden Sauce

Eatsumore's Bombay Golden Sauce is made with our very own recipe similar to the popular Bombay’s Golden Chutney. Golden chutney for golden bhel is a popular condiment in Mumbai street food, particularly in the dish called "Golden Bhel". Bombay Golden Sauce is made with a blend of green chilies, chickpeas (also known as garbanzo beans), lemon juice, and various spices. The sauce has a bright green colour and a tangy and spicy taste, with a slight hint of sweetness from the chickpeas.
